We collect, store, and use the following personal data you provide to us: your name, telephone number, email address and email exchanges with IBSA regarding properties advertised on this website and via emails to respond to your requests for information and interest shown in properties sold by IBSA. We process your personal data in this way because you have provided consent by registering with IBSA London Properties. We keep the data only as long as it is necessary for those purposes. If you choose to withhold any personal data requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the site or for us to respond to your request.

The data we collect may be sent and stored outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in order to carry out the activities set out above. While other countries or territories may not have the same standards of data protection as those in your home country, we will continue to protect personal data that we transfer in line with this privacy policy.
Except for the purposes of storage as explained above, we do not give your personal data to anyone else unless (1) it is necessary to do so in order to provide the service requested by you and we have made a full disclosure to you; (2) we have a good-faith belief that disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable laws or regulations; (3) it is in response to a request from law enforcement authorities; or (4) it is needed to detect and prevent fraud for security or technical issues. Any personal data you submit will not under any circumstances be sold, traded, or rented.

From time to time we may send you information about property owned by IBSA or other affiliated entities outside the UK. You can opt out of receiving communications from IBSA London Properties at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ option on any of the emails sent to you by IBSA London Properties or on the website.

As a registered user your personal data will be accessed only by a limited number of authorised persons who work with IBSA London Properties to fulfill the above purposes.

In the unlikely event that a personal data breach occurs which is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms then we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which is the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights. If the data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your personal rights and freedoms then we will notify you without undue delay.
